Analyse the insert DNA

Before you progress, first analyse the insert DNA found below using NEBcutter. This is the same DNA you'll be using in the lab during Practical C. NEBcutter is an online tool used to determine which enzyme sites are present in a DNA sequence. See here for a short video on how to use this tool.
